Parcels tend to take a little longer to arrive during the busy Xmas period, so if you'd prefer to collect your order from us in person you can do this at our Whalley HQ (any day/time), or at Altrincham Market (10am-4pm). XMAS PRESENT EXCHANGES
We are happy to extend the Exchange date until 11 January 2019 on all orders placed on or after 15 November 2018. Meaning we will exchange or give credit on products returned back to us by or on the 11 January 2019. The Refunds time, which is a maximum of 14 days, will remain the same.
LIMITED RELEASE
Reminder that we make limited-release shoes, meaning we don't manufacture and re-stock the same styles. Once they are sold out that's it, bob's your uncle and all that. Many of our current Autumn Winter 2018 styles are already sold out in various sizes, so the next few weeks may be the last chance to grab a pair you like before they are written in to the history books.
