WYCOLLER FOR MEN, TRAWDEN FOR WOMEN
Our boat shoe styles have had a makeover, with the men’s Wycoller and women’s Trawden adopting a brand-new silhouette ready for the season shift.
The men’s Wycoller is a boat shoe style with all the trimmings of proper craftsmanship, including full leather lining, moccasin construction, and a durable blake-stitched siped rubber sole for supreme grip and durability. The kind of shoe that'll take you from a morning meeting to evening plans without a second thought.
The women’s Trawden has a similar, casual silhouette and comes equipped with a traditional leather lock lace, full leather lining, and a moccasin construction. Think all-day comfort, versatile styling, and an easy-going wardrobe essential.

It doesn’t come as a surprise that we’ve gone for Charles F Stead's leather for our new boat shoes. Their rugged and distinctive leathers have become a firm favourite amongst our customers, and our go-to when designing these styles. Based in Leeds, Steads have been producing some of the finest leathers in the world for over a century, and their rugged, characterful, and endlessly versatile hides are a natural fit for our boat shoes.
ACCRIGNTON PIPE BAND
We’ve named this campaign ‘Pipe Down’, a nod to the stars of the film: Accrington Pipe Band. They joined us down the road at Whalley Abbey one sunny Spring morning to give our boat shoes a test drive.
Founded in 1885 in Accrington, Lancashire, the Accrington Pipe Band is the oldest continually operating civilian pipe band in the UK and potentially in the world, as recognised by the RSPBA. Starting life in a local ex-servicemen's club, the band has played through two World Wars, Queen Victoria's Jubilee, and countless community events ever since.
Today they're still going strong, meeting every Tuesday evening and performing at everything from local galas to Remembrance parades. This year they celebrate their 140th anniversary. Not many hobbies come with that kind of history attached.
