HOW DOES OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK
How do I earn loyalty credits?
It couldn't be easier to earn loyalty credits. Simply order online or in any of our stores and earn £1 for every £10 you spend. When ordering online, you need to be logged into your account to earn credits - don't worry, you'll be prompted to log in before checking out. To earn credits in-store, you just need to give a team member the email address associated with your account. Don't worry if you can't remember, we can easily look this up in-store.
Your credits will automatically appear in your account 60 days after each purchase. We'll drop you an email when they've arrived and are ready to be spent.
How long do my loyalty credits last?
All loyalty credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You can choose whether to spend them as soon as they're available (60 days after your purchase) or save them up to redeem a larger amount at once.
When do I receive my loyalty credits?
Loyalty credits will be automatically added to your account after a 60-day 'approval period' to allow for any returns & exchanges to take place. Any returns or exchanges made during this 60-day approval period will dictate how many loyalty credits you receive.
For example, if you order a pair of boots at £220 and a pair of sneakers at £180, £40 of loyalty credits will be placed into a 'pending' state. If you return the sneakers, you will still receive £22 in credits for the boots that you kept.
Items purchased between the 1 November to the 24 December are entitled to an extended exchange period. This extended exchange period ends at midnight on the 31 January. Customers may request an exchange for product or credit on a future order. Please note, the normal 30 days return for refund policy still applies on all orders. During this period, the 'approval period' for loyalty credits is extended to 91 days. Credits will be automatically added to your account 91 days after the order date.
Can I use loyalty credits in-store?
Of course! You can redeem your loyalty credits on any order £150+ in any of our stores, you'll just need to give a member of our team the email address associated with your account so we can redeem your credits. Don't worry if you can't remember, we can search for your profile in-store.
What can I spend my loyalty credits on?
You can redeem your credits on whatever you like when you spend £150+. The only exclusion is gift cards, which cannot be purchased with loyalty credits.
How do I check how many loyalty credits I have?
You can easily see how many loyalty credits you have by logging into your account here. We'll also email you regular updates with your credit balance, as well as reminders when they're close to expiring. You can also ask a member of the team in any of our stores to check for you.
Can I spend my loyalty credits at the annual sample sale open weekend or on sample footwear in store?
You sure can, loyalty credits can be redeemed on any order £150+. You'll also earn credits when buying sample footwear in the same way you do full price products.
How do I redeem my loyalty credits?
If you're in Silver Tier or above, we'll email your birthday gift to you approximately 7 days before your birthday, giving you plenty of time to order some new shoes, boots or sneakers to wear on the special day. The birthday gift we email you will be valid for 10 days (from the date on which you receive it) and is subject to the same £150 minimum spend as all loyalty rewards.
I was migrated across from the old LANX loyalty scheme. How did you choose what tier I was placed into?
Your tier has been assigned based on your total spend since we first launched our loyalty scheme, January 2021. If you think you have been placed into the wrong tier, please contact us on support@lanxshoes.com
I forgot to log in before placing my order, will I still get my loyalty credits?
As long as you used the same email address that is linked with your loyalty account, this shouldn't be an issue. After placing your order, you can check the 'loyalty history' section of your loyalty page to see if the credits earned from the purchase are in a 'pending' state. If they are not, please reach out to our customer service team for help on support@lanxshoes.com
I checked out as a guest, but now I want to join LANX loyalty. Can I still get my loyalty credits?
As long as you act quick, yes! If you make an account with the email address you used to place the guest order within 48 hours of placing the order, we will automatically add the loyalty credits to your new account. You can make an account here. The loyalty credits will be added 60 days after the initial order date. If you need any help, please contact our customer service team on support@lanxshoes.com
Can I redeem my loyalty credits and a different discount code or voucher?
Loyalty credits cannot be redeemed alongside any other voucher or discount code. You can use a discount code on an order while you are logged into your loyalty account, but you will only earn credits on the amount you pay after the discount in question has been taken off.
For example: If you order a pair of £200 boots, and use a 10% off discount code, you will receive £18 loyalty credits to reflect the £180 you paid for the boots.
Can I use a gift card with my loyalty credits?
Yes, you can redeem your gift card and loyalty credits in the same order. Please note, you only earn loyalty credits based on the remaining amount you pay after the gift card has been redeemed. For example, if you redeem a £50 gift card against an order for a £220 pair of boots, you will earn £17 loyalty credits based on the £170 (£220 - £50) you pay for the boots once the gift card has been redeemed.
Do I earn loyalty credits for purchasing a gift card?
No, you cannot earn credits when purchasing a gift card online or in-store. If your order contains a gift card and another product, you will receive loyalty credits for the other product. For example: If you order a £50 gift card and a £200 pair of boots, you will receive £20 loyalty credits (for the boots), 60 days after the order date.
What about credits I had on the old LANX Loyalty scheme?
Fear not. We've carried across your credits to the new and improved LANX Loyalty.. If you think you are missing credits, please reach out to our customer service team and we can look into this for you. If you placed an order up to 30 days prior to the launch of our new scheme on 19.05.2025, your credits will have been in a pending state (as the approval period on our old scheme was 30 days). You will receive these pending credits 45 days (after the launch of the new LANX Loyalty scheme) on Thursday 3rd July. What happens if I return an order I redeemed loyalty credits against?
If you redeem loyalty credits on an order and return the full order, we will return the loyalty credits to your account. If you partially return an order, your loyalty credits will be taken off the items you kept.
What happens if I exchange an order I redeemed loyalty credits against?
If you redeem loyalty credits on an order and request an exchange via our online returns portal or instore (within our 30 days returns period), your credits will be amended accordingly. If you exchange for an item of higher value, you will receive the credits you’re entitled to.
Will I earn loyalty credits on an order I return?
If you place an order and return it in full, you will not receive any loyalty credits. If you place an order consisting of more than one item and only partially return the order, you will receive loyalty credits for the items you kept. For example, if you placed an order containing a pair of boots at £220 and a pair of sneakers at £180 and just returned the sneakers, you will receive £22 loyalty credits for the boots you kept.
Will I earn loyalty credits if I exchange an order?
If you return an order to exchange, you will receive loyalty credits for the item(s) that you exchange for.
For example, if you returned a £200 item and exchanged it for a £150 item, you would receive £15 in loyalty credits. Likewise, if you returned a £200 item and exchanged it for a £250 item, you would receive £25 in loyalty credits. support@lanxshoes.com
REFERRING FRIENDS
If I refer a friend, when do I receive my £20 reward?
Thanks for spreading the word about LANX. Once your friend has placed an order that comes to £150 or more and exits their 60 day approval period, you will receive your £20 reward. We will email to let you know when the credits have been added to your account.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes, the more the merrier. There is no limit to how many times you can be rewarded for referring a friend, as long as your friend places an order that comes to £150 or more and exits their 60 approval period.
Does my referral link timeout?
No, your referral link will still work no matter how long ago it was you shared it with a friend.
What happens if the friend I referred returns their order?
You will receive your £20 reward 60 days after your friend has placed an order that comes to £150 or more. If they return their order within this period, you will not receive the reward.

Will I earn loyalty credits if I place a pre-order?
You earn loyalty credits on a pre-order in the exact same way you would when ordering a product that is in stock. Once the order has been placed, you enter the 60 day approval period after which you will receive your loyalty credits. In the rare occasion that you exit the 60 day approval period and the product you pre-ordered still isn’t with you, we may postpone the credits being added to your account. Does the 10 pairs Club still exist?
Our new loyalty scheme rewards you every time you shop, gives you more flexibility on how long you have to redeem your credits and what you can use them on and introduces some cracking new benefits. As you progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold & VIP tiers, you unlock exclusive benefits along the way. VIP tier members earn double credits on every order, £2 for every £10 spent. In light of this, our 10 Pairs club has now been retired.
