A brand-new batch of Made in England Women’s boots have arrived. Introducing Edisford and Garnett, the first additions to our Women’s Artisan Collection. A milestone moment, and one that’s been years in the making.
The Artisan Collection is built to celebrate British craft and the people behind it. Every pair is made using time-honoured techniques, premium components, and, in this case, leather from Charles F Stead: the world-class Leeds tannery that’s been doing things properly since 1895.
From the waxy finish to the oiled grain, it’s characterful stuff that only gets better with age. These are materials with soul, selected to reflect the LANX ethos: rugged, refined, and ready for anything.

TWO NEW STYLES, THREE BOLD COLOURWAYS.
Our women’s footwear collections have featured everything from loafers to hiker-style boots, with styles praised for their clean, versatile design. They walk the line between subtle and striking, being adaptable enough to pair with jeans and oversized jumpers, as well as dresses and trench coats.
These new styles are no exception, and both come in three Charles F Stead colours:
- Caramel – rich, characterful, and exclusive to LANX.
- Mole – a soft, earthy brown with loads of depth.
- Black – clean, classy, and endlessly wearable.
Edisford is our women’s chelsea boot, shaped for comfort and style, and fitted with elasticated side panels for slip-on ease. Whether you’re dressing them up or chucking them on for a last-minute dash out, Edisford steps in when you need a bit of everything: neat, durable, versatile.
Next is Garnett, a sleek lace-up derby boot with just the right balance of edge and elegance. Structured enough to hold its shape, yet refined enough to elevate any outfit. It’s a wardrobe staple that shifts seamlessly from weekday sharp to weekend casual.

If you’ve followed LANX for a while, you’ll know we don’t just pick any old leather. We work with Charles F. Stead because they’ve been doing things properly since 1895, and the proof is in the pudding: LANX styles using their leather are amongst our customers' favourites.
Their oiled shoulder and waxy commander leathers are full of depth, rich in texture, and age in all the right ways. Matt, LANX’s Product Director, adds,
