We are delighted to offer our customers across the UK a convenient Click & Collect service in conjunction with our chosen courier, Royal Mail.
This service allows you to re-route your order to your local Post Office, then collect on a day and at a time that's convenient for you. No more missed deliveries.
  1. Once you have completed your online checkout, you will receive the order confirmation from LANX as normal. During checkout please input your own home address as the order shipping address. Step 3 below explains how you can re-route your parcel to a new more convenient location.
  2. Soon after Royal Mail will be in touch with you via both an email and text message to let you know when your order is out for delivery.
  3. Within the Royal Mail email or text you receive simply click on the appropriate button and select your new and preferred delivery location. You can have the parcel delivered to a neighbour, or your local Royal Mail Post Office, and collect at a time that’s convenient for you. 
Royal Mail also has a customer app for iOS and Android  where customers can receive push notifications, have their delivery details to hand, and more.
