Your emails are very important to us and we aim to reply before the end of the next working day. The LANX inbox is monitored Monday to Friday (except bank & public holidays). Emails received over the weekend will be replied to on Monday (or the next working day). 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Prior to contacting us requesting an update on a return or exchange please check your tracking to see if the parcel has reached LANX. If the parcel has reached LANX please allow us 7 days to process before contacting us. Rest assured if the parcel is at LANX it will be processed as per the instructions on your return form.
