We aim to complete all jobs as quickly as possible but most jobs will be completed within a 3 week turn around this includes the shipping of the item to and from the customer and the work to be carried out.
These services are to be selected by customers who are outside of the warranty period of their LANX. Should you have a warranty query please contact the customer service team at hello@lanxshoes.com who will be happy to answer any queries.
All prices are inclusive of work that needs to be carried out and shipping both to and from the customer.
This service is to be selected if the eyelets on your LANX need to be replaced. Please note that this is only applicable to certain styles and other the Hook & Loop repair service will need to be collected.

RETURNS
We also offer a very simple returns and exchange service. Orders may be returned provided the product is back at LANX within 14 days of you receiving, has not been worn and is in its original condition and packaging. To return or exchange orders click here.
CHRISTMAS
Christmas extended exchange period: Items purchased between the 31 October to the 31 December are entitled to an extended exchange period. This extended exchange period ends at midnight on the 15 January. Customers may request an exchange for product or credit on a future order. Please note, the normal 14 days return for refund policy still applies on all orders.
