WAX POLISH
To properly apply wax polish to your boots, start by cleaning them and then apply a thin layer of wax polish in circular motions, avoiding suede or textile areas. After letting it dry, buff the boots with a clean cloth or brush to achieve the desired shine.

Wax Polish
Preparation:
-
Clean the leather with a brush or a damp cloth, and remove the laces to make it easier to access all areas of the shoe.
-
Consider using a shoe tree to help maintain the shape of the boot while you work.
Applying the Polish:
-
Use a clean cloth for applying the polish, and apply in thin layers and avoid applying too much polish at once. Use small amounts and work it into the leather in a circular motion.
-
Focus on key areas such as the toe, heel, and welt (the edge where the sole meets the upper), while avoiding suede and textile parts of the shoe as it can damage them
Drying and Buffing:
-
Allow the polish to dry for a few minutes to absorb into the leather, then buff using a clean cloth or a horsehair brush, working in circular motions until you achieve the desired shine.
Optional steps:
-
Apply multiple layers for a higher shine, buffing in between each layer, and use a damp cloth to help remove excess polish and create a smoother finish.
