These are well crafted boots. They take a bit of wearing in as the elastic ankles are tight but soon give. These are my second pair of Lanx and I've ordered a 3rd.

These are first rate boots and justify the price, considering they are made to last a lifetime. The quality of the materials and construction is fantastic and the Goodyear-welted Commando sole feels like it would withstand anything. My second pair from Lanx and definitely not the last one.

Lovely boots, as already mentioned, it can be a battle to get them on initially, but it gets easier the more you wear them.As well made as my Grensons and Church's and bought to replace a 25 year old pair of Alfred Sargent Chelsea boots. So far they are stacking up well against
those iconic shoes.Ive recently bought a pair of deck shoes as well.

I've always been a loakes customer and very loyal to them, however their Chelsea boots were always too short and too wide at the top so a bit floppy around the ankle. Stumbled upon LANX via a Facebook post. Bought a pair of wiswell Chelsea boots. So impressed, the leather is gorgeous, the height perfect, the fit nice and tight around the ankle. So comfortable without any need to break in. Will be buying the same in light suede very soon. Don't hesitate, buy LANX

I settled for a pair of Wiswell. I can’t rate these boots highly enough. I normally wear Crockett & Jones but since purchasing these I’ve never had them off my feet. I’ll be back shortly for my next investment. Highly recommended.
