The process was a little disjointed. I had to send an email to make sure my boots had arrived. The answer back from Lanx after 4 days was they had not arrived and do i have the Post Office mail and track number. I then sent this to them which clearly had been delivered some time ago. Then i had an email saying they had been delivered and they are working on them - it would of been nice for LANX to be proactive and let me know that they had arrived and the system they use needs to be more reliable as one moment they are saying they don't have them and the next they are working on them. I received my boots back yesterday and look great - the sole looks far better than the original and they have been cleaned up nice.

It's been a couple of months and I haven't heard from Lanx. They are unreachable by phone. They have not responded to my email. I then reluctantly commented on their Facebook page and they suggested I send them an email. I visited the store over a week ago to get an update and the clerk didn't have any information. He said he would flag up the chain, but I still have not received any communication. I've purchased two pairs of shoes from Lanx and this is my first repair. I wish I could give them a better review.
